Cadillac Repair: Car wont start, seville sls, fuel pump relay

If you can help me ill be glad to send you some money!I have a 94 seville sls northstar.I tested the crank fuse in the trunk compartment and get no reading.Pulled fuse out and get no reading with key turned on.The fuel pump relay will not start my fuel pump.If i pull the fuel pump relay out and use jumpers i can start the fuel pump but still car will not start.As i turn the key i do see a security light towards the right.What do you think the problem is.

If your ignition key has one of those chips on the key it is most likely faulty and this disables the fuel pump and starter system as it does not turn on the Computer Command Module.

Your dealer will have to test your ignition key to make sure it is good.
