Cadillac Repair: trouble codes, transmission harness, electric shift

I HAVE A 1995 CADILLAC CONCOURS. I KEEP GETTING THE CODE P029.    WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

 The code P029 refers to transaxle shift solenoid b fault,the transmission your deville has uses electric shift solenoids to control the shifting of the transmission,whats happening is the PCM {powertrain computer}is seeing a circuit or a solenoid fault with the b solenoid,the trans has 4 sol,they are A B TCC and pressure,what this means is that you will have to have a good transmission repair place or the dealer replace the B solenoid inside the trans,also they need to check the circuits for the transmission harness making sure there are no shorts or opens from the PCM to the Shift solinoid B.if you need more help please drop me a line.Thank you
