Cadillac Repair: door locks, rear doors, door locks

I have a 1994 cad. deville. The front door locks go down but will not unlock. there is a click sound when trying to unlock them but nether side will unlock. The rear doors work fine. checked all fuses. Is there a relay or somting i should be looking for? Thanks for your time _Dave

By what METHOD are you trying to unlock them ?.

EXAMPLE: You are walking out to th vehicle and you push the remote to unlock the doors and they won't unlock or WHAT other method are you using.


In most cases the RCDLR/TDM is defective and needs to be replaced. However, TESTS should be performed unless you want to just guess and replace it.
