Cadillac Repair: abs light and traction control light, speed sensors, wheel speed

Question
My father just replaced the back brakes and turned the rotors on my 96 Cadillac Deville.  Now the ABS light and traction control lights are on. Is there something he missed when putting it all back together? I tried to clear the codes but that did not work. When trying to clear the codes I see 2 'messages' appear as it is running thru the codes. They are TC 0033 CURRENT and TC 0083 HISTORY. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Apparently he knocked one of the WHEEL SPEED SENSORS out of adjustment and it needs to be set correctly for the code 0033.

Do NOT worry about the 0083 as it is what is called a histry code and will go away once you fix the 0033 code and after the repair erase the codes.

I can provide you with the diagnostics and the pictures and specifications showing you how to diagnose and fix this problem.
