Cadillac Repair: AC repair question, electrical schematics, volt ohm meter

Question
Forgot to put year  it is a 1995 eldorado.  I am reading no codes for ACP when I go into the onboard computer.  The system is fully charged by a rep. shop and is holding with no leaks.  The comp will not kick in.  someone at the shop suggested reseting the computer but i do not know how.  Thank you

Question -  
I have replaced the compressor, dryer, expansion valve, low pressure switch, high pressure switch,  I have had the system charged by a ac shop and there are no leaks in the system.  When I turn on the AC system.  The compressor does not kick on.  I have disconnected the battery for 1 min to reset the computer.  My question is can the freon temp sensor keep the compressor off.  I have noticed one on each side of the expansion valve.  do I need to replace both of them.  oh I also checked the fuse.. its good also.  thanks for any help...

Since they have been building Cadillac's with A/C for about 40 years now, I have NO CLUE as to what YEAR or MODEL you have.

I am NOT aware of any computer RESET for the A/C re-engagement.

There is a long lengthly diagnostic procedure that can be performed IF you have the ability to read electrical schematics and diagnostic charts as well as using a volt/ohm meter.

I have all the information needed for a 93 fleetwood system that should be identical to your system.
