Cadillac Repair: power windows, fuse panel, mechanical work

The power windows stopped working on my 95 seville sls ,,,all 4 windows quit ,,,is there an relay or fuse ,if so where is it located?

There is a CIRCUIT BREAKER in the fuse panel for the windows.


What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as a wire connection came loose, Look around in the area where work was performed.
