Cadillac Repair: 1987 Brougham Hazards, cadillac brougham, wire terminal

Hello. In my 1987 Cadillac Brougham I have a small problem with the hazard signals.  They work...but they are so dim you can only see them at night when the moon is absent.  Any thoughts as to how to brighten them up?

Hi Mike, The turn signal and hazzards all use the same bulbs although they each have a seperate flasher. If turns and hazzards are all dim then I would suspect a ground wire/terminal problem. If it was just the hazzards then try a new flasher and that might get things back to normal. What happens with the brake pedal pushed...are the bulbs dim too or are they as bright as they should be?
