Cadillac Repair: Electric Vacuum Pump - Brake Booster, electric vacuum pump, e mail address

Question
Was informed Cads of that era had a vacuum pump to supplement engine vacuum in the brake booster, and bought a pump from a fellow who represented that it came from an '86 Seville.  Want to install it on my old GMC motorhome (if engine dies, only have one or so shots at stopping the thing) and was looking for a swith to turn in on at low vacuum and off at normal vacuum.  Found at ac-direct under "brakes" Part # 179-1013, vacuum switch, and #179-983, booster filter (which is identical to one on the old pump I have, but couln't see how the switch would be plumbed into the system due the the size of its vacuum port.

Question -
Is the electric vacuum pump on 1986 Seville turned on by a vacuum switch, and if so where and how is it supposed to be plumbed?
Answer -
The ONLY ELECTRIC vacuum pump on the vehicle is for the AIR ride suspension.

Answer
You are CORRECT. I must be getting OLD. There was an electric vacuum pump on the 86 seville. I pulled some of my old shop manuals and sure enough it's in there.

I can e-mail you a picture and the directives of how it works along with an electrical schematic showing how it is wired.

The pump has a bult IN low vacuum sensor that automatically turns ON the pump when the vacuum gets to low.

Should be any easy installation.
