My fuel gauge reads E, my turn signals dont work and the timer for my interior lights doesnt work, is there a relay that controls the 3 of these?

Hi Bill, It doesn't look like there is a relay that controls all 3 areas. I would start by makeing sure all the fuses are good and they have power to them. Then grab a wiring diagram and make sure there is power and ground for that circuit. Cadillac had problems with the fuel gage where somewhere in the travel of the float arm the reading would drop to E and then after awhile the gage would start to read again although lower. If the turn signals don't flash on 1 side only turn on the hazzard lights and walk around the car and see what bulb is not working and replace that bulb. If both signals are inop the flasher might be bad. The interrior lights timer I'm not sure what you mean by that but the retained acessory power feature will disable after a door has been opened or you turn the dome light on with the headlamp switch or after 10 minuits have past.
