Cadillac Repair: turn signals, cadillac seville, 1992 cadillac seville

Recently my left and right turn signals are only blinking intermittently.  They are working but very slowly and not properly.  If this a fuse or bulb problem?  The car is a 1992 Cadillac Seville

Hi Jean, What I do to check the bulb operation is put on the hazzard lights and if they all work and the speed is normal then you have a flasher problem. Because they blink slow and sporatically I would suspect the flasher is old and ready to quit. On your car I believe Caddy uses a module to flash the lights and might have to be bought at the dealer. The other possability is you have a trailer hooked up in which case if you don't upgrade the flasher to the heavy duty one then the lights will blink slowly. Hope that helps. Bill
