Cadillac Repair: Ride control, onboard diagnostics, scan tool

I have a '94 Deville sedan and the "Service Ride Control" message keeps appearing.  My mechanic said everything was working as it should but he could not find the computer to reset it.  I have tried to reset it according to previous "PCM Clear?" advice you gave another reader.  No luck.  Any suggestions?

Hi Randy, You need to find a mechanic that knows how to diagnos Cadillacs and how to test the struts with an ohmeter. One of them is probably out of range causing the message to appear. Reading the codes useing onboard diagnostics instead of some scan tool might lead to the fix. Bill
