Cadillac Repair: head lamp assembly on a 98 Sedan de Ville?, 2 nuts, side marker

How do I remove the headlamp assembly on my '98 Sedan de Ville? There appears to be two indexing pins on the outside frame assembly but I am unable to free these. Everything else is loose. HOW?

Hi Jim, Sorry It took so long to get back to you. In the book it says to remove the side marker lenz by removing a bolt from the top in the corner. Then there are 2 nuts to remove behind the lenz. A bolt in the top middle and a bolt that the book makes seem like it is through the headlamp in the middle...could be top or bottom. Then it should come out towards you. Hope that helps. Bill
