I need to locate fast idle valve for a 1977 cadillac , seville 5.7 EFI it is installed on the top of the throttle body,consists of a plastic body that houses an ele. heater,a spring and plunger, and a temperature sensitive unit when the engine is cold the valve allows extra air to bypass the throttle valves,  I DO HAVE PART       # BENDIX 1281290 I have call all caddy dealers they stop makeing the part 2002 If you know of anyone whom might help me locate the part         THANK YOU     RICH

Hi Rich, If the auto parts stores don't have it eithor then get ahold of Hemmings Motor News magazine at the newsstand on library. In it people advertise new discontinued parts for sale. Otherwise www.junkyarddog.com might be able to get a complete used throttlebody with the part on it. Hope that helps. Bill
