Cadillac Repair: turning signals, wireing diagram, turn signals

i have a 1992 sedan deville 4.9 8 cylinder 4 door about 2 days ago the turning signals went out replaced the bulbs replaced fuses tested all fuses still no turning signals what else could be the problem                thanks any help you might have.

Hi Terry, What I do is turn on the hazzard lights and walk around the car to make sure all the bulbs light. If they do then turn on the turn signals. If the indicator light comes on the dash but doesn't blink for eithor side then try replaceing the flasher. If the indicator doesn't light at all then it is a fuse problem. If one side blinks and the other doesn't then look for a bad bulb. Turn signal switches can go bad too and useing a 12 volt test light or voltmeter along with a wireing diagram will help find where the problem is. Bill
