Cadillac Repair: horn, cadillac sedan deville, fuse box

The horn on my Cadillac Sedan DeVille (1988) doesn't work.  I can't even locate the horn under the hood.  Please advise.  Where is fuse for horn?
Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Hi Janice, Useing a 12volt test light would be the easiest way to test the circuits or you could use a voltmeter also. The fuse is #11 in the fuse box. The horn relay is in the relay center behind the RH side hush panel and behind the glovebox area. The horns are underhood about a foot behind the headlights inside the fender on both sides at the top. Hope that helps. Bill
