Cadillac Repair: Traction disable, cadillac seville sts, 1993 cadillac seville sts

I have 1993 Cadillac Seville STS.Monitor keep showing that traction disable, and anti lock lights stay on. This is happening for almost 1 week.I can still drive nomally, but if this is somthing serious, I do not want to take a risk. Is this something I need to take it to service as soon as possible? Also Is this going to be an expensive repair?

Hi Midori, The traction light will come on when the wheels start to spin and the anti-lock light can stay on for an extended period if you start your car with the brake pedal pushed. If however the lights come on when just driving down the road or you can lock up the brakes then it would be good to have the codes read and then a determination can be made about whats wrong and how expensive it will be to repair. Since the car seems to drive nornmal then with-in a week should be soon enough to have it looked at. Bill
