Chevrolet Repair: Antifreeze leaking out, coolant hose, water pump

Question
I have a problem.  My 2000 S10 (4.3L) is leaking antifreeze but I don't know the exact part that I need to get.  It looks as if there is a crack just below the coolant hose going into the engine.  It is under a bolt so I thought i may be a gasket but I don't want to go buy parts if I don't know for sure.  I tried looking for diagrams for engines online but they all are either fuzzy or you have to pay for memberships.  If you have any ideas it would help greatly.

Answer
You say leaking just below coolant hose but which one the upper or the lower? The upper hose connects into the thermostat housing on the top of the engine and the lower hose connects to the water pump. If the leak is from the upper part then it is possible that the thermostat housing is cracked if the thermostat was replaced and it was not correctly centered it will crack the housing when it is tightened. If the leak is coming from the lower hose the most likely place is the water pump or water pump gaskets either way you are better of to replace the water pump.Hope this help and if you have any other questions let me know I will see if I can help.
