Chevrolet Repair: Not so funny noise, torque conv, drive shaft

Question
Thanks so much for the response to my last question.  I have completed the swap to a 350 and now I'm getting a noise when I'm driving, sounds like maybe from the tranny.  The truck doesnt make the noise in park or even when coasting down the road in nuetral, even if revved up.  So what happens is when driving if I accelerate at normal or higher throttle I hear a slight grind or screeching noise coming from under or behind the cab, also I can feel(but not hear) a bit of a vibration coming from the floorboard.  Was there a certain pattern or specific way to reattach the flywheel to the torque converter that I may have missed?  I added tranny fluid after the project and it's a bit higher than it needs to be, I crawled underneath and I couldnt find any loose or worn joints either please help!  Thanks alot.

Answer
Hi Jamine.... if noise was in the engine or trans it would be there always...seems you have noise only under load, so it won't be flywheel or torque conv. i would check things like trans or motor mounts, exhaust hangers emerg cables rubbing on drive shaft, dry u joints, is u joint in the rear installed right in the yoke...hope this helps
