Chevrolet Repair: power window, power window

Question
i have replaced the regulator and motor and switch.
i have 12v all the way down to the wire that connect to the new motor.  the window still does not go up or down.
this is the drivers side window.

First off what kind of car is this?  Also you state that you have power to the motor.  That's good.  Is the window stuck up or down?  You should have power on one terminal for up, then power on the other for down.  If you have power on both, the only thing is can be is the motor.  You may have gotten a bad motor.  Or possibly an incorrectly installed regulator
