Answer
Good and you?  :)

Did the pedal feel fine until you got home or did it feel low since you picked it up?  First thing is first and check the fluid level to make sure you don't have a leak.
The most common problem with blazers is the ABS wheel speed sensors and the wires that go to them.  Being exposed to all of the elements they can get water intrusion, trauma and plain wear and tear.
The check engine light comes on whenever the computer feels that the vehicle is contributing to poor emissions.  If the tailpipe gases or venting fuel gets to the atmosphere that pesky light comes on. Only problem is there is a huge list of trouble codes.
What I would suggest is go to a PartsSource, Pep boys or whatever big parts chain you have where you are at. They will typically scan codes for free to make you buy parts.  Write down the codes and tell me what theya re and I can guide you in the right direction.  If an 02 sensor code comes up don't just buy an 02 sensor. Tell me what they are first.
When the ABS light is on there is no ABS just so you know and the check engine light is just for emissions.  Always check your fluid levels before you drive to the parts store.
