1992 chevy corsica-berreta...where is the relay for the fuel pump..just put a new fuel pump in and it is not getting gas

Hey,

 hmmmmm, by memory I think its on the passengers side front strut tower with two or three other relays.  When you turn the key on it will click and then click again 2 seconds later.  This is the ECM pulling the relay down to prime the fuel rail. Are the injectors pulsing?
