Chevrolet Repair: 1999 Chevrolet Suburban, electric fuel pump, chevrolet suburban

Question
I have a 1999 Chev Suburban 1500 with a 4.5 litre engine. When i tried to turn it over this morning I got a clicking sound. I have a new battry, new alternator, new fuel pump and new starter. When I cranked it this morning I turned on the lights to see if they would dim under a load...they stayed very bright. I did not here the electric fuel pump prime nor did I heard any attempt by the engine to crank. The dash lights have all the systems lit including security, check engine and all the rest. Any thoughts?

Answer
If all of those components that are new are ok then you should check the positive battery cable for voltage drops.  Make sure you take the double cable on the positive side apart and inspect the spacer.  Also check the cable 1-6 inches from the starter for internal rot.
