Chevrolet Repair: 1994 camaro, left turn signal, question number

Question
I have two questions 1.My 1994 camaro 5spd Grinds 4th gear and reverse and sometimes slips out of 2nd gear i was wondering if it was the clutch or transmission. 1st 3rd and 5th work fine. i take it out of gear and it makes a whining noise.
And question number 2.My right turn signal use to randomly work when I used it then it started having pauses between flashing, it would turn on then like 5 seconds flash so I replaced the bulb and now it doesn't flash i apply it and it just stays lit up. the left turn signal is fine but for some reason the right one is still doing this. PLEASE help?

Answer
HEy,

Sounds like you have a problem with a gear missing half of its teeth.  A gear that is damaged will tend to throw off the other gear when torque is applied to it.  Doesnt sound good. Sorry
You might have a wiring problem.  Check all of the bulbs and make sure there are no funky connections.  The flasher unit is the same capacitor for both sides so it shouldnt matter what side.  Bulb wattage is important for the flashers to work properly.  double check all of the bulbs and then start looking at the switch.
