Chevrolet Repair: Rear Defrost, 2003 chevy suburban, chevy suburban

2003 Chevy Suburban LT package with autoride and 5.3L. The rear defrost doesn't work. The indicator light comes on when you push the button but the window doesn't defrost. All fuses are good and were checked with a meter.

Hey,

 Look closely at the tabs on the glass.  The heat generated by the amperage running through can melt the solder on the glass tabs.  There is a repair kit available at Canadian Tire or other parts stores.  Check the grid for open lines and check the cables if youhave lift up rear glass.
