Chevrolet Repair: 2003 trailblazer obd, nasty tendency, trapazoid

My 2003 Trailblazer will not pass state inspection due to the obd not supplying the info to the state inspection computer. There is a message that says that there is not 12V at the obd.

Heya,

 The obd2 port is under the dash to the left a little bit. It is in the shape of a trapazoid and has female pins that the computer connects to. According to Ontarios emissions laws we do not have to connect to them but I can tell you from personal experience to check the fuses. It is probably one of the fuses that blew. I can't remember exactly what year but I was pulling my hair out on one because a power mirroe fuse was blown. Always check all fuses for power on both sides. Gm has a nasty tendency to double up or modify the circuit without telling anyone.
