Chevrolet Repair: 350 tbi, throttle position sensor, vacuum leak

I rebuilt this engine from the bottom up new bearings board piston over to true up.  the problem is it will not idle I put a comp you grind cam in it they said it would work with the computer but since then it has not idled right.  I changed every sensor on the motor thinking it was throttle position sensor. I even changed out the distributor thinking that it was week spark an ideas?

 Does it idle at anytime cold or hot?  Did you check engine vacume?  Have you checked valve lash? Do you have a valve that's not seating causing low vacume?
 It wouldn't hurt to do a cylinder leak down test. Also make sure its not as simple as an iac problem. Introduce a vacuum leak and see if the idle picks up. This is how the iac system works.
