Chevrolet Repair: left rear brake, turn signal, stop lamp 85 k10, chevy k10, left blinker

Question
i have an 85 chevy k10 v8 350 5.7. something is wrong with  the left rear brake, turn signal, and tail light. the "tail" light function works but i am gettin nothin from the other component of the bulb. when i use the left blinker the front and side lamps burn steadily but nothing in the back. when i put the hazzards on, the front and side flash fine but again nothin in the back. i did a visual check behind the housing, and the ground along with the wires going into the bulb housing look ok. any ideas of what is wrong?

Answer
Hey,

You definitely have an electrical open circuit somewhere.  You need to trace the left side turn and hazard wire starting at the switch with a test light.  The left side feed wire is yellow.  If you have a towing package make sure that were the towing plug is wired in there isn't any green or fuzzy wires.
