The seat warmer on the drivers side will not heat up when turned on.  It worked when I bought the car new.  Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Debi,

  There is usually only one of two possibilities. If the Led on the hi and low lights up that means the fuse is ok but it could be the switch itself.  The worse thing that happens is the heater element goes bad inside of the seat and its usually where you sit on the seat and the wires bend so many times they fracture.
  Most places will diagnose it and recommend a new seat which can be very expensive.  I repair them at my shop and I know some automotive upholstery  shops repair the grids as well.  It can be an ignorant procedure taking the material off of the seat and getting it all back nice and comfy and it is all a a matter of how happy the garage wants to make you.
