Chevrolet Repair: 2004 chevrolet cargo astro van, cabin air filter, furnace filter

i have a problem with the ac it does not blow thru the vents in the car , i just get the air from under the middle center console and from the defroster part . any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Hi Chris,

Could be an issue with the deflector door.  When you pick a position on the dash switch, the doors under the dash set up to blow the air the correct way.  

If the deflector doors are good, then suspect the CABIN AIR FILTER.  This is simply an air cleaner/filter installed in the duct work to filter incoming air.  It works like a furnace filter and plugs like one.
