Chevrolet Repair: 1993 Chevy S-10 Blazer V-6 4x4, horn dome, fuse box

The Horn/Dome fuse keeps popping as soon as I touch the fuse to the box. I quickly checked the wiring I do not see anything unusual.

this is definitely an odd situation. i suggest you carefully re-check the wires in and around the fuse box. look at where the wires enter the rear of the fuse box,any sign of corrosion? make sure they are tight..lightly pull on them, look for cut or bare wires next to the fuse box...anything touching it? after this if you still find nothing, check your battery grounds. hope this helps ya, if not let me know, we'll dig deeper.
