what does TVS and RC27 mean on the cap setting.

Hi Scott,

TVS possibly means manufactured in India.  It indicates a cheaper quality.  

RC-27 is the model you have.  You may have a Stant manufactured cap and RC27 is the one for your specific car.  Other manufaturers use the same model numbers.
