Chevrolet Repair: power window on 1988 c1500 pickup, multimeter, passenger window

Passenger window does not work. Switch is good. Put new motor on. Does not work. Multimeter reads on switch but not on wires right before new motor. Please help. Thanks.

You should be able to check power before and after switch. If you have power at switch before but not after, the switch is bad. Now if you have power after switch but not at motor then I would say that you have a bad wire or connection. Now don't forget that you have to check the power after switch while you are pressing the up or down button. If the switch is truly good then I would start with the wiring between switch and motor.
