Chevrolet Repair: istrument cluster lumina car 1996, chevy lumina, fuel gauge

i have question  i have chevy lumina 1996 v6 3.1L (car) i replaced the speedometer it was damaged exidently  .so got one from ajr international rebulit istrument cluster but it looks little diferent than my old one i had those turnsignal arrow bigger on this one they are smaller everythign else is same only thing that im confused is the temp gauge stays at same all night after you turn car off then when you start it goes back to zero and as the engine warms up it reads i guess normal but before with the old  it was not doing it like this do i need to worry do they have different cluster for this year  .also those the fuel gauge go to zero when key is off on this model ?

Hi Enes,

If the cluster is faulty, take it back.  I think you got a different year, or even a different car all together.  Lumina and Cutlass are the same car, but different interior.  The parts will work, but may not look exactly alike.  Also, as long as the guages are reading correctly, I wouldn't worry.  Except to say, if the guages are annoying you, ask the saleperson about it.  I know many cars guages will hold their position until you restart the car.  Not a problem.  Possible the car the rebuilt cluster came from was this type.
