Chevrolet Repair: rpm failure, egr valve, solenoid

my truck ( 92 3500 silverado 454) started like going up and down with the rpm's, in first gear it's like riding a bronco, i checked the egr vacuum sol, even  i took it off and steel the same, this mean that the sol is bad?

If there was a problem with the solenoid you would have a check engine light on. If so get it checked. If it reads a code 3-2 it could either be your egr valve or the solenoid. Unfortunately there is no way to check the solenoid but you can check the vacuum on the egr valve itself. I'm leaning towards the valve not the solenoid.
