Chevrolet Repair: 1996 Corvette, mass air flow sensor, mass air flow

Question
I accidently idled the engine for 5 minutes with the mass air flow sensor unplugged.  Now, won't start, no fuel pressure, fuel pump won't cycle.

I've never dealt with this kind of problem before but I would say you have a code in your computer. If you didn't pop a fuse, if you have access to a code reader go ahead and use it. I bet your computer thought there was a problem with the intake and shut down the fuel pump. You may just need to reset the computer. Also make sure the maf sensor is working right.
