Chevrolet Repair: air conditioner refrigerant leak, chevy venture, refrigerant pressure

Question
I have a 2002 Chevy Venture 3.4L minivan with 55,000 miles. The air conditioner was blowing warm air so I checked the refrigerant pressure. It was low so I charged it the system and the air conditioner worked fine for about a day. However, now it is blowing warm air again and the refrigerant I put in has leaked out. I am pretty sure that the leak is coming from the lower corner of the condenser. Can this problem be repaired without taking the van apart? The refrigerant I put in had leak stop in it but this did not seem to work. Do I need to replace the condenser or can it be repaired or are there other options? Thank you.

Answer
i would never, ever recommend putting anything in any system to stop a leak. it always causes more trouble than it stops. the only fix is a new one. and since you put stop leak in there, you might find out youre replacing the compressor and filter/drier soon.
