Chevrolet Repair: astro van, astro van, fuse box

A couple of weeks ago I went to start the van and turned the key and nothing happened.  I then tried again and it started right up.  Yesterday I went to start the van and nothing happened.  All dash lights work, radio and so on.  I checked some fuses and relays to no avail.  When the key is turned I can hear some clicking near the fuse box in the engine compartment.  I also checked the fuses under the dash.  By the way, you have to be a monkey to get under there in order to see anything.

Sounds like connections are corroded.  You need to go under the van and inspect them.  If green, white or rusty, it needs to be wire brushed off.  Also look at the connections at the battery.

If not that, could be a starter going bad.
