Question
How do we remove the old ingintion on the steering column and replace it.

Answer
The actual ignition switch is not under the steering wheel.
You replace it by unbolting the steering column from the under side of the dash, and lowering the steering wheel end, and the switch is mounted to the top side of the column.
It is operated by a rod from the steering wheel tumbler.
