Chevrolet Repair: Blazer 4x4 Switch, transfer case, blazer

My Blazer has the 4x4 option. The problem is the button you use to get into 4x4 dosn't work right. I can go into four low but i cannot go into 4 high? what do i need to do?

Hi Brian, This could be 1 of two things. The module that controls the transfer case shift motor(which is called encoder motor) or the encoder motor. The only way to find out is too replace one and see if the problem is gone. You need to have a dealer do this so they can remove the part that doesn't repair the problem.
