Chevrolet Repair: 1996 Chevy Blazer Blower Motor, chevy s10 blazer, s10 blazer

I have a 1996 Chevy S10 Blazer.  The heat works however the blower is not working.  My neighbor checked the fuses and they seem to be good.  He also put a voltage tester on the switch and there is energy going to the switch itself and also the relay switches under the hood appear to have energy going to them.  We are not sure where the blower moter is and how to get to it.  Where is a blower motor to the heater on this vehicle?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  This car is still running at 215,000 miles.

Hi Kay, The blower motor is located under the hood on the right side(passenger) near the hood hinge. It is under the black plastic cover that you need to cut out to replace the motor. Follow the lines that they made in the plastic with a sharp razor knife.
