I think my fule pump is out.how can you tell with out droping the gas tank?I canged the filter.Can you fix a fulpump?

No. You cant repair the fuel pump. To test it, check it for power at the pump or listening for a humming sound from the tank right after you turn the key. The initial pump sound should happen for 1 or 2 seconds after turning the key to the on position
