Chevrolet Repair: IAC, vacuum leak, converter control

Question
I JUST PUT IN A NEW IAC, BUT WHILE I'M DRIVING THE IDLE STILL DROPS TO 0 WHEN STOPPING AT A LIGHT, OR SLOWING DOWN. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

A vacuum leak, possibly the brake booster if it seems worse when you have the brakes applied.

The torque converter control valve could also be sticking, keepng the converter locked. Try shifting to neutral, and see if that keeps the engine running.
