Chevrolet Repair: clutch for a1989 chevy cavalier, clutch master cylinder, chevy cavalier

I have replaced the clutch master cylinder and the clutch sleeve and it will still not go in gear. What seems to be the problem?

Teresa, I'm not sure what you mean by "it will not go in gear". If you have nothing at the clutch pedal when you push it down, try just pushing the pedal to the floor then slide your foot off the pedal so it flies up by itself. You may need to do this 20-30 times before you get a pedal. If this is not your problem please get back to me with info.
