THE CAR IS VEHICLE IS A 1991 CHEVY CORSICA AND THE BRAKES ARE RUBBING AGAINST THE ROLLER AND MY CAR KEEPS STOPPING OCCASIONALLY WHILE I'M A AT A RED LIGHT OR SITTING IT CUTS OFF. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT'T MY PROBLEM. THANKS!
