Chevrolet Repair: Chevy C-1500 350, throttle position sensor, chevy c

Question
I have a problem with the motor stalling when I get off the gas (as approching a stop sign or just letting off the gas.Motor idles fine and runs fine when on the gas. However, when idleing, if I very slowly give a little throttle the motor will vibrate like a bad misfire. Get off the gas and it will idle ok in about 15 seconds. I have done a complete tune-up (plugs, wires, cap, pvc, rotor, ). I have also changed 02 sensor, map,iac and rebuilt the TBI unit along with new injectors.. Also the distributor was rebuilt and all wiring checked. New fuel pump 3 years ago. new fuel filter just put on. Fuel pressure is 11. I have done a vacuum ck and compression ck. Compression was between 160-170. New temp and low idle modules.no codes come up on the scanner. Service engine light comes on when it misfires and goes right off. I am at a loss right now. Maybe the vacuum check not done right?Any help would be appreciated.

Answer
Hi Rich,
11 is just a little less than I like...I like 13, but it should run better than that on 11. I have seen them idle fine on 7, and stumble, but you could drive it.
But i don't think the fuel pressure is your problem.
You say you rebuilt the throttle body, but did you replace the throttle position sensor?
It can be tested also, but your symptoms sound similar to a bad one.
