Chevrolet Repair: serpentine belt routing, serpentine belt system, chevrolet v8

I have a serpentine belt system on a small block chevrolet V8 engine. This system is from a 1995 truck, the belt was not included. 1 Will you show me the correct routing for the belt? I installed one , and when I start my new engine the water pump will spin the opposite direction of a typical non serp. system. 2 Is this correct?

Hi Lovell, The old model SB pump turns the same direction as the crankshaft. The new SB turn the pump in the opposite direction. They are not the same and I don't think you can use a newer waterpump on a old block. This is something I don't see in the dealer.
