Chevrolet Repair: Running Lamp Replacement, lamp replacement, lamp bulb

Question
Hi - 2001 Chevrolet S-10 ZR2 truck 4x4 - My passenger side headlight (running lamp bulb) is out.  High beam and blikner bulbs are fine.  I am trying to figure out how to replace this bulb by myself and there seems to be no obvious way to get to the bulb.  Any ideas would be helpful.

Answer
Hello Alyssa,
Usually you access them from the engine compartment, from behind the light assembly.
Find the wires, and unplug the connector from the bulb. Then unscrew the retaining ring, and pull the bulb out.
That is for the composite type.
If you have the rectangular sealed beam, like the old style, you need to remove the grille.
