cool mornings, its hard to shift out of park, and the key will
not turn to the off position, it takes a few minutes to do
either. Only on cold or cool day's!

Hi Chico, I would first look at the shifter boot. Make sure it isn't binding up or getting caught on something. If that all looks good you should leave it over night at the dealer so they can feel it do this and solve the problem.
