Chevrolet Repair: 700R4 trans, 700r4 trans, clutch pack

Question
I have a 1985 S10 4X4 with the 700R4 trans that lost overdrive. Reverse and the other drive positions work, but there is no drive in OD. What do I have to remove to repair the clutch pack? Do I have to remove the 24 accumulator on the side of the trans?
