Chevrolet Repair: 97 astro fuel guage dont work, radio clock, battery cables

fuel guage goes from{f}to full mark and back to {f}and when turn signal is on it pulses with turn signal and radio clock lite at nite with dash lites will flash brite-volt guage wiggles with turn signal as well rear a.c. switch had major melt down to could it be bad ground in dash somwhere? i cant find it under van im lost also sometimes when starting it just clicks and i lose all power then try it again and it starts rite away started this at 30 thou. miles and it now has 140 thou on it the gm shop wouldnt do anything about it im stumped. thank you jason

Yes, sounds like a loose ground.
I would start at the battery cables, and remove and clean them from the block, body, firewall, and everywhere I can find a wire connected to ground.
Look up above the parking brake pedal for a little ground block also.
